This is a very important project involving the restoration of fish habitat through the creation of engineered logjams. Someone ought to add a lot of text or send me a link to existing web sites.

In August, 1999, I finally set up the transformations to convert data from the local survey coordinate system to a standard system like UTM NAD27 or those footish systems that the state uses. Below is the surveyed river (blue) overlaid on the WADNR river (red).
