Into the Temperate Rainforest, and up to the Logged Slopes
We are looking at four different chunks of the basin.
- Owl Mountain Quad - In addition to slope stability analysis, this
7.5' quad is the first area where we began looking at the mean slope
(as averaged between junctions) of calculated channels.
- Split Creek - This narrow logged valley was studied though a DEM
which was built from stereo photographs.
- Owl Creek - We had a DNR 1" = 400' map (T26N R10W sections 4-9)
scanned and vectorized. It includes upper Split Creek.
